had to get a bonded title for my 87 TRX350D

in AZ I had to get a bonded title because the guy I bought it from did not have a title he said he bought it with a bill of sale.

SO I had the atv inspected at dmv, I even called the police dept and had them run it no records anywhere, so it made it a bit easier to do, I did not have the first bill of sale notorized so I had to send out a certified letter for the seller to send back to me a notorized bill of sale and a refuse to title it because he no longer has interest in it as the motor does knock and he is moving back to IL. so I had to do this quick cause if anything went wrong I wanted to get in touch with him again. Then went to my insurance company and got a bond letter to give to the MVD.

jumped through the mvd's hoops and today got title and a rv plate after I get the knock gone, I will get the OHV decal.
1987 TRX 350 D runs but has a knock very easy to start possibly a wrist pin knock. is there any good way to determine where the knock is coming from?
thanks

No way that I know of without tearing it down. You're going to have to tear it down to fix it anyway.

Most 4-wheeler problems are caused by a loose nut connecting the handlebars and the seat!!

You only need two tools in life -- WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
