enclosed trailer shopping? Reviews?

Dear community,
I'm shopping for an enclosed trailer. But, Wow there's 500 different manufacturers, I don't have a lot of $$$ . Looking to get a 8.5 x 20 V-nose. I'm around $5500 to $7500. Does anybody know much about the brands. what is a definite NO! A Bendron Titan is my best price so far and the dealer has been very helpful and nice, anybody know anything about this brand. not much consumer info. out on web. Thanks all?????

Their are so meny trailers out in the market to choose from. I have found if you stay with a name brand it helps the resale value. check on the resale price on line to see, I had bought a 2005 8x20 Carmate for 2200.00 and the resale is 4500.00 so i did very well on what i had got take your time and it will come spread the word. what area do you live in

I would look for companys that has been in business for more than 2 or3 years. In muds link it says they started in 2006. A lot of these manufacturers of trailers only last about three years. A featherlite is the best (imo) but real pricey. good luck, let us know what you go with

Well I think I'm going to look at another brand other than the Bendron Titan. I called two other (former) Bendron dealers, they just stopped carrying the Bendron brand because they had too many problems with them and the Bendron company wouldn't stand behind their warranties. No way too run a company.

I had a Haulmark a few years ago, 8 x 14. It was built very well and I had no problems with it. I had it about 5 years and sold it for 10 percent less than what I paid for it.

These trailers look solid. I dont know much about enclosed cause all the trailer experiences I have are with equipment trailers, but that one looks like it has strong walls and well built tongues and the right ride height.

I have an 8x20 Atlas, which is a good, quality trailer. Regardless of what most people say, nearly all of the trailers on the market are all made with the same components, unless it's something like a Featherlite. All the manufacturers buy their components from the same suppliers, very few fab their own components. My trailer cost $5700 new in 2007, and it has the ramp door, 36" side door, roof vent, interior lights, polished aluminum package(front corners and diamond plate, full polished wrap around the ramp door), full LED lighting, and 3500lb Dexter axles.

You can see the wrap around the rear door in this pic, and my demonstration of the correct way to fix a Yamaha.
