Trx 400ex sprocket kit

Found this on Amazon. Is this the correct sprocket combo I would need? -1 in the front and +1 in the rear? I'm looking for more low end torque for hill climbing and mud. Will this be good or should I go lower in the front?

Is there such a thing as a 12 tooth front sprocket? And would that be too low?

Yes that would seem real small to me being that stock is 15 and yes that's the right set might wanna look at Ricky moutain atv think there prices maybe a little better

I also found this with a 13 tooth front sprocket. I think this may be as low as I want to go though.

I have a 12 tooth on my front that I use sometimes. It uses a clip instead of bolts. Has worked for me but you have to pay a little more. it's a custom made sprocket. I also have a 42 tooth maybe 43 on the rear. I have large mud tires when I go that low though. tons of torque.

I'm interested in this easy switch 12 tooth sprocket. I'm going to have to sets of rear rims/tires this spring. Mudders and holeshots. Was looking for a sprocket combo to increase low end torque.

John- where'd you get this 12 tooth sprocket?

There ya go. I'd go with the hardened steel one, it's only a few bucks more and fits all the models.
